kbd33 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we" or "us") is an online casino and sports betting platform operated through the domain kbd33.cam. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between kbd33 and its users ("Members" or "you").

By accessing the kbd33 website, creating an account or using any of our services, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

These Terms are drawn up in accordance with the laws and regulations of Bangladesh and apply equally to all Members. kbd33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.

2.1 Age Eligibility

To open an account on kbd33 and use any gaming or betting services, you must be at least 21 years of age. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from using this platform. We may request proof of age at any time if verification is required.

2.2 Registration Requirements

When registering an account, you must provide accurate and truthful information, including:

  • Your full name (as shown on your national ID card or passport)
  • Date of birth
  • Valid email address
  • Mobile number
  • Details of your preferred payment method

If false information is provided, kbd33 reserves the right to suspend or cancel the account and forfeit any deposited funds.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, payment method or personal details is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and all balances will be forfeited.

3.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

kbd33 follows the Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with international standards. The following documents may be required before a withdrawal request is made or for transactions above certain limits:

  • A clear photo of your National ID Card (NID) or passport
  • Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
  • Proof of ownership of the payment method

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. If you suspect that unauthorised access to your account has occurred, contact our Support team immediately.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account, although kbd33 will assist in investigating any fraudulent activity it detects.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds at kbd33: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and funds will be returned in such cases.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply for withdrawing funds from kbd33:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
  • Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour
  • Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed
  • Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
  • Withdrawals may be on hold if the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on kbd33 are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No currency conversion fee applies.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, applicable up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A 20x wagering requirement must be met for this bonus.

Example: if you deposit ৳2,000, you will receive a ৳2,400 bonus (total ৳4,400). Before withdrawing this full amount, a 20x wager (৳88,000) must be placed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer may be used only once
  • Bonuses may only apply to eligible games and betting markets
  • Bonus funds are kept separate from cash funds and are used first
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met
  • kbd33 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion
  • Accounts will be closed in cases of fraudulent bonus use

5.3 VIP Program

The kbd33 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:

  • Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback per week
  • Silver: up to 0.4% cashback per week
  • Gold: up to 0.6% cashback per week
  • Platinum: up to 0.8% cashback per week

Members can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular and active participation. Full details of VIP benefits are available in the VIP section of the platform.

6.1 General Betting Rules

The following rules must be observed when placing bets on kbd33:

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled
  • Placing bets by exploiting any technical error is prohibited
  • In the event of an unusual outcome in any game or event, kbd33 reserves the right to investigate and, if necessary, void the bet
  • All sports betting, including cricket, football and kabaddi, follows the applicable rules

6.2 Game Results and RNG

All casino games on kbd33 are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair and impartial results. Games from internationally recognised providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming and Ezugi are available on our platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kbd33:

Warning: involvement in any of the following activities will result in your account being permanently closed and all balances being forfeited.
  • Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
  • Bonus abuse or bonus hunting
  • Collusion or conspiring with other players
  • Use of any software, bots or automated systems
  • Taking unfair advantage of technical errors or incorrect odds
  • Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
  • Harassing or intimidating other members
  • Creating or managing an account on behalf of a minor

8.1 kbd33's Authority

kbd33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account and forfeit the associated balance in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any provision of these Terms
  • Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity
  • Registration using false information
  • Failure or refusal to complete KYC verification
  • Operating multiple accounts

8.2 Closure at Member's Request

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. If there are no active bonus wagering requirements pending at the time of closure, the available balance may be withdrawn.

kbd33 is not liable for:

  • Loss caused by internet connection failure
  • Issues arising from third-party services (payment providers, game providers)
  • Unexpected technical or server problems
  • Natural disasters or other unavoidable circumstances
  • Problems with the member's own device or software

If an incorrect payout is made due to a technical error, kbd33 reserves the right to correct that amount.
